30-Day Returns
We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy on all Deway products purchased through our website.
Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return:

We’ll provide you with an RMA and return instructions

Please use a trackable method of your choice to return your item

RETURN SHIPPING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

RMA must be clearly marked on the label. Deway is not responsible for returns that are lost due to missing RMA or when an invalid tracking number is provided.

Returns must be sent back in its original packaging and in the same condition as sold, including packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation.

Incomplete or used returns may be subject to a restock fee.

All returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Warranty Protection
All Deway products are backed by our limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

To file a warranty claim:

If the item qualifies, we’ll offer a free replacement or repair at our discretion.
Warranty does not cover misuse, modification, normal wear and tear, or damage from improper installation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right immediately.
